To ensure the best print quality for your signage, please follow these guidelines when uploading your artwork.
1. Accepted File Formats
We accept the following file formats for uploading your artwork:
✔ PDF (Preferred) – Best for vector designs and ensures the highest quality for printing.
✔ JPEG – Ideal for images (photos, etc.). Make sure it’s high resolution (300 DPI).
✔ PNG – Best for logos or images with transparent backgrounds.
✔ AI, EPS, SVG – For vector-based files.
❌ Not Accepted: Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, GIF files. These file types do not meet print quality standards and cannot be used for your order.
2. File Size & Resolution
For optimal print results, please ensure your file meets the following criteria:
- Resolution: The image should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Low-resolution files will result in a blurry or pixelated print.
- File Size: We accept files up to 50MB. If your file exceeds this size, contact us, and we can assist with the upload.
3. Dimensions & Aspect Ratio (Match Your Product Size)
Your file must match the exact dimensions of the product you’ve selected to avoid any cropping or distortion.
- For example, if you’re ordering a 100cm x 50cm banner, your artwork should be 100cm x 50cm at 300 DPI.
If you’re unsure about the size or format, don’t hesitate to contact us before uploading!
4. Bleed & Safe Area (Avoid Cutting Off Important Content)
To ensure your design prints correctly, please include bleed and safe areas:
- Bleed: Add an extra 3-5mm around the edges of your design to avoid any white borders after trimming.
- Safe Area: Keep all text and important design elements at least 5mm inside from the edge of the design to ensure they won’t get cut off during printing.
5. Fonts & Text (Keep It Safe)
To avoid missing fonts or text issues, please:
- Convert Text to Outlines: This ensures that your fonts are embedded into the artwork.
- Embedding Fonts: If you cannot convert the text to outlines, please ensure that the fonts are embedded in the file.
7. Final File Check (Before Uploading)
Before you upload your file, please double-check the following:
✔ File Format: PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, or SVG
✔ Resolution: 300 DPI at the final print size
✔ Dimensions: Matches the size of the product you ordered
✔ Fonts: Text converted to outlines or embedded
