How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is simple:
- Choose your product from our available options.
- Select your preferred size, material, and finish.
- Upload your artwork.
- Complete your order by providing your shipping and payment details.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely! You can upload your own design on the product page. Be sure to follow our Artwork Upload Guidelines to ensure your file is print-ready.
What file formats can I upload for printing?
We accept the following file formats:
- PDF – Best for vector-based designs and high-quality printing.
- JPEG & PNG – Ideal for photos, logos.
- AI, EPS, SVG
Ensure your file is in one of these formats for the best print quality.
How do I know if my artwork is the correct size?
Your artwork should match the exact dimensions of the product you’ve selected. For instance, if you’ve ordered a 100cm x 50cm banner, your artwork should be 100cm x 50cm at 300 DPI to ensure the best print quality.
What happens if my artwork doesn't meet the required specifications?
If your artwork doesn’t meet our guidelines (e.g., incorrect dimensions or low resolution), we’ll contact you to request a revised file. If we don’t hear back within a certain time, your order may be delayed or canceled.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is typically 3-5 business days, but this can vary based on the complexity of your order. You’ll be notified of an estimated delivery date during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can track your shipment via DPD on their website.
For larger orders, 3:Rock NextPrint will handle the delivery directly. We’ll provide email updates on when to expect our in-house delivery service to arrive with your order.
What is your return policy?
As all of our products are custom-made, we generally don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., a printing error), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
